"Raymond Lam being Fined $1500 for Talking on the Phone Whilst Driving"

Stars do get caught up in criminal activities, now it seems Hong Kong TVB idol Raymond Lam had fallen into that trap. Recently he was fined for talking on his mobile when driving. To this he had claimed he had been wrong and would never attempt to do that again. He also urged for others not to follow his bad example. With that behind him, he seemed optimistic as he talks about his newly accepted role in TVB's anniversary series.

"It's a role I'm looking forward to. First off its modern so I would be able to grow my hair again and its less physical. However, I think this role is definitely more challenging because the character is quite complex."

The new TVB anniversary is believed to be called and the cast starts filming in mid-April this year. Raymond is the anticipated singer for the themesong.

Recently Raymond was spotted shopping at LV and Hermes specialty stores checking out not only the assorted men's luxury watches but also ladies handbag. Before he decided on each purchase he phoned someone on his mobile- as if to check whether the gift was acceptable. Fungyi TVB Newsflash ventured to question him whether this was Tavia Yeung he was buying the handbag for. He merely smiled.

"We have known each other for a long time!"

Although the idol avoided answering the question directly he did say that he would be co-staring Tavia Yeung in the upcoming TVB anniversary.

"Tavia and I had awesome chemisty in Twins of Brothers. It was a pity our characters didn't end up with each other so I hope our chemistry would sizzle even more this time in this new series"

Yesterday the cast of arrived at the airport to spend their next few weeks filming at an overseas location. Raymond arrived early and could not put down his phone nor erase the smile off his face. Only later when Tavia turned up and reporters asked her whether Raymond was on the phone with her she laughed and answered 'yes he was worried that I got lost on the road or something!'

Raymond saw this and defended himself 'What?! I thought you were going to be late again!'

Both laughing the rumoured couple did let the reporters take photos of them before boarding the plane.
